Return and Refund Policy

At Baby Store Time, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note: Certain items such as pacifiers, feeding products, diapers, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ll be happy to process an exchange if the item is in stock. Exchanges follow the same return guidelines above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo(s) if the item is defective or incorrect

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return authorization if applicable.
